Steven Bamidele's recently released sophomore album, THE CRASH! was written against the backdrop of an ever-changing world, combining indie-soul and jazz, acoustic and electronic textures, along with daydream-esque storytelling. The LP received support from the likes of Blues Project, Somewhere Soul, BBC Radio 3, BBC 6 Music, BBC Introducing, Worldwide FM, Clash Magazine, Wordplay and Fusicology, alongside extensive playlisting from Jazz FM, FIP Radio France and KCRW.
Steven has supported renowned artists Alice Russell, Sly5thAve, Hot 8 Brass Band, Marlon Craft, Kymara, Alice Auer and Ebi Soda, while making festival appearances at We Out Here, Love Supreme, Shambala, The Great Escape, Brick Lane Jazz Festival, SXSW London and more.
